Our most important goal is retaining and promoting human health. This basic value defines our actions. The following values are a part of this:   Customers and employees first, profits second. The relationship of our company with its employees cannot be copied. It is just as unique as the relationship of its employees and our (their) customers. This is the source of our success.   We respect the individual initiative of our employees and promote personal growth. Sustainability, i.e. we use the resources available to us carefully. With that we also mean equipment e.g. a grain mill, is only then perfect when one can omit nothing more and provide the user with a quality which will last a great many years.   We are an open and transparent company. We pass on to our customers all the important information they need. We inform and help them beyond our narrow product range, for example with information on further training, recipes, interesting books, excerpts from books etc. This customer service is free.
